Due to the time and financial commitment I put into these pieces, I cannot typically offer full refunds for a change of mind. However, if a piece arrives damaged or you experience an unforeseen circumstance that causes you financial hardship, let me know and we can manage the issue on a case-by-case basis.
I accept payment via Paypal, credit card, or debit card. If you encounter any issues with your cart, please contact me and I will try my best to help you resolve the issue.
I ship via USPS unless the service is unavailable or if another carrier is specifically requested by the buyer. Currently the site is only set up for US shipping, but if you live in another country and you’ve fallen in love with a piece, by all means let me know! I will be happy to figure out the logistics for you.
